welcome to this month's Navara Q&A I'm Amani tonight I'm answering your questions on politics Navara Media or whatever you'd like to ask now normally we do this with one other person tonight it's just me um I think that should be quite fun we've got most of the questions from Instagram but if you're watching live and have a question send a super chat if it's exceptionally good maybe I'll see it uh but try the Super Chat function uh we will also try to go to those this is going to be really fun um I'm going to start actually a really funny question a fox which is the regrets one this is from CT sh1 who asks what is your biggest regret regarding Novara media and um I actually know full well what the answer is I wish we had gone in or guns blazing sooner um I was doing a PhD for the first few years in AAR media and it was just like a side project I actually wish reflection that I just didn't do a PhD I wish that in 2010 I had focused on starting something like this with James with other friends um would have made any difference I don't know I wouldn't have known them had I not been doing a PhD but I feel like I I should have done that sooner and I should have sort of zoned into it sooner other than that no real regrets uh what do you think I should regret um no particularly bad hires content decisions if few bad tweets uh if I regretted bad tweets uh there would be no time in the day left for other things Ellen Rebecca Davies asks I'd really love to know how as a 24 year old I can become more involved with politics well Ellen Rebecca Davies I don't know your background what you study what you do um that's obviously a big part of it get more involved in politics obviously if you if you're working um being a member of a relevant Union that shouldn't just be like a tokenistic gesture and of join a union if you join a union and don't do anything doesn't matter does it um but if you're working in the bar industry or something it's good to think about how you can enhance workers rights in that ...
